How many users can I have on my account?
vTory works great for teams. We encourage you to add users to your account, each with their own login for added security.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, there are no obligations beyond your current billing cycle. If you cancel, your subscription will end following the current term with no further charges.
Can I delete all my data if I cancel?
Yes, you can delete all data we have under your account on demand
Will the price I pay change every month?
As of 2021, the price you pay for all standard vTory plans will not change from month to month. If you are on a legacy plan that includes variable pricing, reach out to support team to find out what plan best suits your needs.
Where do you keep my data?
vTory uses secure onsite payment processing and accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, contact support team and we can send you a Paypal invoice.
Can I sync my data with Xero
No, for now only QuickBooks sync is supported. But let us know if you need it, it will help prioritize the feature
